Telemarketing Executive (Female) - International Courier & Logistics

Job Summary

Penta Express Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team in Karachi. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be a key player in expanding our client base within the international courier and logistics industry. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

Ø Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote courier and logistics services.

Ø Generate leads and convert them into customers.

Ø Maintain a database of existing and prospective clients.

Ø Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to build strong relationships and ensure conversions.

Qualifications:

Ø Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.

Ø Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.

Ø Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Ø Bachelor's degree is preferred, but intermediate with relevant experience will be considered.
