Job Overview:

The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting frozen food products through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote frozen food products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide product details, and convert inquiries into orders.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare call reports and share feedback with the sales & marketing team.
• Stay updated with company’s frozen food product range, pricing, and promotions.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and other business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a Telemarketing Executive / Telesales in FMCG, frozen foods, or related industry.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog an advantage).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused, and result-driven.

Preferred:

• Experience in frozen foods, catering, or HORECA sales.
• Knowledge of local food distribution and trading markets.
• Multilingual ability to handle diverse customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
