Telemarketing Executive(Female)

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Female Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and customer engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inquiries via phone and email, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. This role is well-suited for spouse visa holders looking for a stable, office-based role in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone calls and email.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on marketing leads, online inquiries, and campaign responses.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer questions, objections, or concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Spouse visa holders preferred.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
• Confident, persuasive, and well-spoken with a positive attitude.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
