Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to support our sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, result-oriented, and capable of engaging professionally with customers over the phone. This role involves appointment booking, follow-up calls, and promoting company services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce company services and campaigns.
• Book appointments for corporate eye checkups and store visits.
• Provide product and service information in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain call logs and customer records using Excel.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Meet daily and monthly call/appointment targets.
• Handle customer queries and concerns courteously.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Confident telephone manner with persuasive communication style.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fili-pina female candidates are required
• Fluent in English – additional languages are an advantage.
• Must have own/sponsored visa.
• Must be available to join immediately.
