As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for an Investment Coordinator to support our growing team of Investment Consultants and Senior Investment Specialists.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised, confident, and proactive Investment Coordinator to join our Dubai office.

This role focuses on qualifying inbound investor enquiries and scheduling consultations for our Senior Investment Specialists. You will be engaging with prospective investors who have already expressed an interest in UK property investment opportunities and ensuring they are successfully guided through the initial stages of the sales process.

This is not a cold-calling role. Baron & Cabot generates a consistent flow of inbound enquiries through extensive marketing campaigns, providing a steady pipeline of prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound investor enquiries.
• Book and coordinate appointments for Senior Investment Specialists.
• Manage consultant diaries to maximise attendance and efficiency.
• Confirm appointments and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Follow up with investors before and after scheduled consultations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system.
• Ensure all client information is collected and updated correctly.
• Liaise closely with the sales and investment teams regarding client requirements.
• Monitor appointment attendance and re-engage missed appointments.
• Support the wider sales team in maintaining a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• UK nationals preferred due to the nature of the client base and market focus.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, sales support, customer service, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of UK culture, communication styles, and client expectations.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and diary management abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth and professional clients.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel internationally when required for company events, exhibitions, and business activities.
