Key Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of everything that you will do. Habtoor Team Members will always endeavour to find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Your key responsibilities for this position are:
· The call should answer within 3 rings.
· Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
· Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Handling every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations
· To ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling as per the Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection.
· To maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services
· To maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system.
· To ensure complete management’s long distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
· To maintain the guest wakeup call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.
· Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
· Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.
· Answers incoming and places outgoing calls.
· Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,400.00 per month
