We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and explain products/services, addressing customer queries effectively.
• Maintain records of interactions, sales, and client information in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve strategies and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Persuasive, confident, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3000 per month (depending on experience).
• Additional Benefits: Health insurance, visa sponsorship.
