What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
• Engage in B2B sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Basic qualifications

• Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Minimum Graduation Degree

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Background in technology sales or technical sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in business development.
• 1-2 Years experience in courier industry
• Commission on acheiving targets
