Telephone Sales Representative

Start Immediately – High-Energy Call Center Role

Aaron Bell International (ABI), in alliance with M&A International, is seeking high-energy, professional phone representatives to support our deal origination and client outreach efforts.

This is not a typical call center role. You will be the first point of contact with business owners, executives, and decision-makers in the lower middle market.

We are seeking motivated, confident individuals to join our growing call center team. This is a high-performance, phone-based role focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and setting qualified appointments.

If you are driven, resilient, and comfortable on the phone, this position offers strong hourly pay plus additional earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Follow structured call scripts and outreach processes
  • Engage prospects and set qualified appointments
  • Handle objections and navigate rejection professionally
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets
  • Accurately track activity and notes in HubSpot (CRM systems)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Confidence speaking with new people daily
  • Basic computer skills (CRM/data entry)
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow direction and execute consistently

Compensation

  • $27.50/hour base pay
  • Commission + performance-based bonuses
