Telephone Supervisor

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are seeking an experienced Telephone Supervisor to oversee the telephone operations team, ensure service quality, and manage daily communication activities efficiently.

JOB TITLE: Telephone Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage telephone operators
• Monitor call handling and service quality
• Handle escalated calls and complaints
• Train and guide team members
• Prepare reports and manage duty schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
