We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Telesales Specialist, who will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through delivering a luxury sales experience.

You will be a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills, strong teamwork and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.

You will act in a crucial role in selling treatments and services, providing a premium customer experience, understanding the customer’s needs and offering the best solution for their desires.

In this role you will handle all the requests from new and/or existing customer and you will follow up on leads from marketing campaigns by creating a strong interaction (via call/email/ chat).

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.
  • Fulfill lead generation activity aimed to increase the customer base
  • Manage inbound calls (customers B2C) delivering a unique selling experience while understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach the customer's satisfaction
  • Manage outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Support our sales force on the field scheduling visits
  • Manage and nurture the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
  • Oversee the process from order to installation checking the customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in telesales or another sales/customer service role
  • Bachelor degree ideally with business development experience
  • Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Teamwork in sales-oriented environments
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts
  • Long term customer relationship approach
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Fluent in English
  • CRM management – knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable
  • Interest and passion for technology evolution and innovation
