Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
