Tele-Sales Executive – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, leads, and appointments through outbound and inbound calls. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, explaining services/products clearly, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales or bookings.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Promote company services/products and explain benefits confidently.
  • Convert leads into sales, bookings, or appointments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Interaction & Follow-Up

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on previous leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and persuasive approach during calls.

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain customer database and record interactions in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all customer details are accurate and updated.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Service Advisors, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Management.
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant departments.
  • Share feedback from customers to help improve services and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Tele-Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center (preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is a plus.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
