Position: Telesales advisor
Process: Insurance Process (Voice)
Location: Pune,
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working, Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
Salary: 25,000 to 405,000 (Based on skill, experience & interview performance)+Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to interested leads and guide them through appropriate insurance solutions.

· Build a deep understanding of customer requirements and match them with relevant insurance products.

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns with professionalism.

· Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in internal systems.

· Stay up to date on insurance products, features, and market updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Education: Graduate in any discipline.

· Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred: Experience in insurance and a flair for sales is a plus.

· Languages Required: Fluent in English and Hindi.

· Communication Skills:

o Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.

o Must be free from MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and RTI (Regional Tone Influence).

o Strong grammar and pronunciation skills are a must.

Salary:

· Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC

· Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹45,000 CTC (Based on last drawn salary)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
