Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal oriented Tele Sales Advisor to connect with potential clients, explain Zilter's services, and convert leads into Hot leads. This role is ideal for candidates with atleast 2 years of experience in Sales or Tele calling and who are keen to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective clients.

Explain Zilter technologies products and services clearly to prospects.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Update lead details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle objections and customer queries professionally.

Experience:

Total work experience: 1+ years

Telecalling experience: 1+ years

Language:

English – Excellent fluency

Work Location: In Office

Shift: Day Shift

Working hours - 12pm - 9pm or 2pm - 11pm (Monday to Saturday)

Salary & Compensation CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will be based on interview performance and past experience (best in market).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
