Job Description:
You handle inbound calls. You listen first. You sell when it fits.
You work remotely on a 10-hour rotational shift pattern. You need stable internet and a clear, confident voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Explain tyre options, pricing, and fitting times clearly
• Upsell tyres and services where appropriate
• Update customer records in the CRM
• Hit sales targets and performance KPIs
• Coordinate bookings with mobile technicians
• Attend product and service training

Requirements:

• Experience in telesales, call centre, or retail sales
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Strong upselling and closing skills
• Reliable computer and broadband
• Customer-focused attitude
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
