Salary: 21,800 EGP (Gross) per month + Uncapped Monthly Sales Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email regarding service inquiries, technical support, and billing.
⦁ Proactively identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by recommending relevant telecom products, service upgrades (e.g., premium packages, faster internet tiers), and new devices.
⦁ Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
⦁ Educate customers on our network coverage, plan features, promotions, and the value of our products.
⦁ Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for sales conversions, customer retention, and service quality.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests in the CRM system.
⦁ Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies during all interactions.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

Requirements:
⦁ Strong sales acumen and a desire to earn uncapped bonuses.
⦁ Strong English communication skills (B2 level or equivalent).

⦁ Basic technical aptitude to understand and explain telecom services (internet, mobile, TV).
