Telesales Agent – Slimming & Aesthetics Clinic

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our luxury aesthetics and slimming clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, introducing our premium treatments and packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales. This role is key in promoting our brand image of elegance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from lead databases, social media inquiries, and walk-in referrals.
• Present and explain our slimming, aesthetics, and beauty treatments in a confident and professional manner.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and seasonal packages to encourage bookings.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments and ensure follow-up to reduce cancellations/no-shows.
• Upsell services and treatment packages to maximize client value.
• Handle client objections with professionalism and provide accurate information about treatments and results.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and sales in the clinic’s CRM system.
• Work closely with the front desk and marketing team to ensure smooth client communication.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous telesales or customer service experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Target-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Confident, well-spoken, and able to represent a luxury clinic environment.
• Good computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
