About the Role:

We're seeking a results-driven Real Estate Tele sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Tele sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth through outbound and inbound calls, focusing on Dubai's vibrant real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers, sellers, or investors through outbound calls and follow-ups.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.

3. Property Sales: Promote and sell properties, working closely with clients to meet their requirements.

4. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Dubai's real estate market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes.

5. CRM Management: Accurately update client interactions and sales data in the CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, telesales, or a similar role. Fresh candidates in real estate industry having prior sales experience in any other industry are also encouraged to apply.

2. Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations will be preferred.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Sales Orientation: Strong sales focus, with a drive to meet or exceed targets.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
