Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Consultant. Based in New Cairo, the role offers the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with leads, consulting prospective clients on company formation services, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including social media, hotline calls, and outbound calls.
  • Filter and qualify inquiries before transferring them to the sales team to ensure high-quality leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls and customer surveys to evaluate satisfaction and improve processes.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers in a professional yet friendly manner.
  • Record and update customer data accurately in the system.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining a high standard of communication and conduct.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Ability to provide Training and support to clients during the onboarding process
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English (Minimum B2); additional language skills are advantageous
  • A bachelor’s degree is a MUST.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
