Telesales Agent

We are looking for a call center agent for our vehicle testing company. As a call center agent, your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our vehicle testing services, schedule appointments, and resolve customer inquiries or issues. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth operation within our call center.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Manage and schedule vehicle testing appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer convenience.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the Company’s services, procedures, and policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and appointment details using our call center software.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure consistent service quality and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
