Job Title: Telesales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using scripted and unscripted sales approaches
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
• Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to improve performance

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales-related roles preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Resilience, confidence, and a positive attitude
