we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Arabic Telesales agent to promote and sell our HR outsourcing and consulting services. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, client engagement in Qatar. This position is commission-based and ideal for fresh graduated candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Job responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (companies, restaurants, clinics, SMEs, etc.).

- Promote Compass Management Consulting services, including HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and compliance support.

- Identify client needs and present suitable HR solutions professionally.

- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential clients until closure.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners.

- Provide clear information about service scope, pricing, and engagement models.

- Coordinate with the management team for proposals, meetings, and contract finalization.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

- Submit regular reports on leads generated, deals closed, and pipeline status.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
