Job Description

PEXA Car Care is hiring a Customer Support Associate (CSA) – Telecalling to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist customers, generate leads, and support sales conversions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally
• Explain PEXA services, offers, and packages clearly
• Generate leads and support sales conversions
• Schedule service bookings and follow up with customers
• Maintain call records and customer data accurately
• Handle complaints and escalate issues when required
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
