Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Telesales Agent to join our on-site team at our Nasr City office. The Telesales Agent will engage with prospective clients, explain our software solutions, and address customer inquiries effectively. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of interactions, meeting sales targets, and contributing to customer service excellence. This role requires clear communication, high energy, and a focus on achieving goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills for telephone-based sales interactions
  • Ability to handle objections, provide product knowledge, and build rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior telesales, call center, or related sales experience is an advantage
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
