Telesales Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing real estate team. The role focuses primarily on generating leads and closing deals through daily outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 100+ calls daily to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads for property sales
• Maintain and update daily calling sheets in CRM/Google Sheets
• Follow up with interested clients and convert them into potential buyers
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
