About the role:

We are looking for a driven and articulate Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be responsible qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into property viewings and sales. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a confident telephonic communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads sourced from the CRM, property portals, and marketing campaigns
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their budget, property preferences, and purchase timeline
  • Schedule and confirm property viewings for the field sales team
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up consistently with cold and warm leads to nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and developer offers clearly and persuasively
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, booked appointments, and lead conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of tele sales, inside sales, or customer service experience
  • Prior experience in real estate, property, or financial services is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English is an advantage
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
  • Strong follow-up discipline, self-motivation, and time management skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
