Telesales Agent – E-Commerce Brand

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce brand, committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated Telesales Agent who can drive repeat sales by calling our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers from our database to encourage them to reorder products.
• Build strong customer relationships through polite, professional, and engaging communication.
• Clearly explain product benefits, offers, and promotions to customers.
• Maintain daily call logs, sales records, and report progress to the team lead/manager.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective calling strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior telesales or call center experience preferred (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and maintain consistency.
• Positive attitude and team player.
