Telesales Agent ( Experienced /Fresh)

Location: Faisalabad
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Hours: Monday to Friday ( 3pm–10pm: For Girls )(3pm to 11pm : For Boys)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys target-driven work and building rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Previous telesales, sales, or call centre experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic IT skills (CRM systems, email, MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have the right to work in the UK
