Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive – US Telecom Campaign

Salary: 35,000 PKR Basic + Incentives

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join our team for a US-based telecom campaign. The candidate will handle inbound customer calls, promote and sell Cable TV and Internet services, and provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from US customers inquiring about Cable TV and Internet services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable packages and promotions.
• Effectively close sales and meet/exceed monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and US telecom regulations.
• Deliver high-quality service by handling objections, providing clear product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inbound or outbound any English based campaigns.
• Strong sales closing skills and proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English (neutral/US accent preferred).
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center operations is a plus.
