• Safety Training is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Ambala City. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our safety training courses and generating new enrollments.

Job Details

• Job Title: Telesales and Marketing Executive
• Location: Ambala City
• Gender: Male/Female
• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Plus incentives/bonuses based on performance).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field visit, Telemarketing, or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients (individuals and businesses) to pitch safety training programs.
• Explaining the features, benefits, and value of Safety Training courses.
• Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
• Maintaining a detailed database of contacts and sales activities.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate.
• Proven track record in telesales or marketing.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
