Telesales B2B (Cold Caller)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in B2B telesales, and the ability to engage confidently with business clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with decision-makers to promote company products/services and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English fluency – both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
