Job Overview

As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting HOF Migration’s services, understanding client needs, and converting leads into successful sales. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to promote immigration and visa services.
  • Explain eligibility criteria, visa programs, and service benefits in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the admissions, processing, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience (immigration or consultancy experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
  • Confident, energetic, and motivated to earn high commissions.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
