Telesales & Customer Service Executive

We are a fast-growing healthy meal plan company providing nutritious and delicious meals to support our customers’ fitness and lifestyle goals. We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented female telesales executive who can convert leads into sales and deliver excellent customer service.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to potential and existing customers.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
• Assist customers in selecting the right meal plan based on their needs.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, feedback, and booking confirmations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
