Telesales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for Telecallers and sales executives who are confident on the phone, persuasive in communication, and motivated to build strong client relationships. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients and introducing our services.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our end-to-end services clearly

● Build interest and set the stage for sales conversion

● Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our system

● Work with the sales team to achieve daily/weekly targets

● Provide regular feedback from clients to improve communication and sales strategies

Requirements

● Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

● 0.6–2 years of telecalling / telesales experience

● Self-starter with positive attitude and confidence

● Ability to engage people and build rapport over calls

● Goal-oriented, with willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,835.18 - ₹20,000.32 per month

Work Location: In person
