Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive (female candidates only) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telesales, preferably within the finance sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products/services, and achieving sales targets through effective telecommunication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell financial products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, issues, and market trends.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on leads to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates only (as per the role requirement).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (finance industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Education:

  • Minimum High School/Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
