Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales team –

generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales conversions. This role is

perfect for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients via calls, networking, and follow-ups.

* Sales Pitching: Present our IT services effectively, highlighting features and benefits.

* Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships and resolve client queries.

* Market Research: Keep track of industry trends and competitor offerings.

* Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.

* Collaboration: Work with sales & marketing teams to execute strategies.

* Reporting: Share performance updates and client feedback with management.

Qualifications

* Education: 12th Pass & Above

* Experience: Prior sales/telesales experience preferred (1–2 Years)

* Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi.

* Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and multitasking ability.
