Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Remote
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Engage prospects effectively and explain product/service offerings.
• Maintain and update lead/customer databases accurately.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure proper nurturing until closure.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales/telemarketing/inside sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and handle targets in a remote setup.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
