Telesales Executive

Who We're Looking For:-A confident, self-motivated telesales executive with 3 to 6 months of experience in outbound calling or telesales. Someone who knows how to engage leads, handle objections, and convert interest into sales or is willing to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided or self-generated leads
  • Pitch products/services clearly and effectively
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • At least 3 month of experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or call center environment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center tools
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
