Job Summary

We are looking for remote sales agents (work at home). The candidate for this position shall excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Should have good expertise of using lead generation tools, inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, social media platforms, By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling logistics, Cargo, Transportation, warehouse storage services.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Qualification intermediate/ Graduate with good communication skills & professional behavior required.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
• Should have good internet speed and official working environment at home.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Good understand of lead generation using social media, local business directories, social networks.
• Demonstrates exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrates self-motivation, drive, discipline & flexibility.
• Able to plan effectively & manage own time.

Job Type: Full-time
