Remote Sales Closer – Call Center Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Closer with a strong background in call center operations to join our remote team. This role is designed for a high-performing closer who can also take ownership as a Project Manager, leading teams and ensuring overall sales performance meets international standards.

You will actively work for 5 hours per day, but must be available for a full 8-hour shift to handle calls, meetings, or urgent tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will balance closing high-ticket deals with managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring KPIs are met and company growth continues within the education and training sector.

Job Timing:

  • 6:30 AM to 2:30/3:00 PM CET (+4 Hours PKT)
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5 active working hours daily, must remain available for 8 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 80+ outbound calls daily to international clients in English
  • Close high-value deals ($10k+ average) with a yearly goal of $1.5M+
  • Manage and oversee call center operations and team performance
  • Train, guide, and mentor sales operators
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare daily reports, and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Act as the bridge between frontline sales and management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of training experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience in call centers
  • Proven success as a Sales Closer in international markets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Stable internet connection for remote work

Contract & Payment Details:

  • Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
  • Compensation: $8/hour (negotiable during discussion)
  • Payment: Biweekly
