Telesales Executive

Key Responsibility:

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products
• Make outbound calls for policy renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and lead generation.
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, premium calculations, and terms clearly to customers.
• Guide customers through claim procedures, documentation, and grievance handling.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide accurate and updated information to build trust and long-term relationships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
