Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products (health, life, motor, general insurance, etc.).

Make outbound calls for policy renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and lead generation.

Explain insurance plans, benefits, premium calculations, and terms clearly to customers.

Guide customers through claim procedures, documentation, and grievance handling.

Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide accurate and updated information to build trust and long-term relationships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
