About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in the beauty and salon industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have good communication skills, and MS office profficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the beauty and salon industry.
• Explain product features, offers, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Keep proper customer data records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of tele sales/inside sales experience (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or related industries).
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication in English & Malayalam.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
