Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective B2B customers.
  • Promote and sell remanufactured toner cartridges highlighting cost savings and environmental benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable toner products.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Follow up on leads and quotations to close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve sales strategy and product offerings.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
  • Basic knowledge of printers, cartridges, or office supplies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
