Telesales Executive

Apidleads Digital Media is a leading digital marketing and technology agency based in Guwahati, helping businesses grow through smart digital solutions—including website development, digital marketing, chatbot automation, menu engineering, and more.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Telesales Executives who can drive business growth by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to explain our services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate digital solutions.
• Record and update lead details in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Prior telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred (freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online business tools is a plus.
• Laptop/PC, smartphone, and good internet connection required.
