Telesales executive

About Us:

Aaban Services is a leading UAE-based cleaning and pest control company offering professional pest control, water tank cleaning, and AMC services across Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah. We are expanding our operations and hiring energetic, confident, and fluent English-speaking Tele Sales Executives in Karachi to connect with and serve our Dubai-based customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah.
• Communicate fluently in English to explain Aaban Services’ cleaning and pest control solutions.
• Convert leads into confirmed service bookings by maintaining a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
• Manage and follow up with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
• Maintain a daily call log, follow-up list, and performance report.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for customer scheduling and feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service roles.
• Strong command of English communication (verbal and written).
• Confident, polite, and sales-driven personality.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
• Availability to work full-time (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Pakistan Standard Time).
