Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound telesales calls professionally and courteously.
  • Achieve sales and conversion targets.
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant telecom services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, selling & negotiation skills.
  • Hindi & English fluency required.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates welcome.

Compensation:

  • 23,000 (Freshers) + Weekly incentives ■4,000–■5,000
  • 26,000 (Experienced) + Weekly incentives ■4,000–■5,000
  • Salary on 7th each month

Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (with pre/post 15 mins buffer)

Interview Rounds: 4 In-person rounds (HR, HR Head, Ops, Client )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
