Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing and new customers by phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote and sell products or event participation.
- Present product or event features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Manage and update the customer database.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in UAE).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage).
- Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: Attractive performance-based incentives
- Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law (Visa, Medical, Annual Leave, etc.)
