Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing and new customers by phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote and sell products or event participation.
  • Present product or event features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
  • Manage and update the customer database.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in UAE).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage).
  • Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Attractive performance-based incentives
  • Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law (Visa, Medical, Annual Leave, etc.)

  • Exhibitions & Events
  • Real Estate or Financial Services (for telesales experience)
