Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated B2B Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you are persuasive, customer-focused, and enjoy hitting targets, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Doing cold callings to potential clients and customers
  • Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads to convert into sales

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
